Return Policy

No Refunds On Ticket Purchases (Exchanges only for equal of greater value tickets)

New merchandise (not washed, worn, or altered) and suitable for sale may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted on clearance items, opened media products including; DVD ’s, Video Cassettes, Instructional Periodicals and or Manuals.

The customer is responsible for submitting payment for all exchanges. Any merchandise that is submitted for exchange without the proper payment will be sent COD with the appropriate charges. Defective merchandise will be exchanged if returned within 30 days of shipment. Refunds will not be issued for defective merchandise.In order to process any returns the customer must contact our customer service department within the specified time frame to request a return authorization form. Once the customer has been supplied the return authorization form they must mail it to the address below and HCX International, LLC-Entertainment must receive the form within 14 days of purchase.
